What we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Who we are

This site is published by Éric, residing in France.

Contact: info[at]chefprojetdigital[dot]fr (to limit spam, the email address is deliberately presented in a non-clickable format)

What we collect

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking of your browsing activity. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us through the Contact form: your first name, last name, email address, subject, and message.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to the inquiry you send us. We don’t use this information for marketing, don’t sell it, and don’t share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box before submitting the form.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for 3 years after our last exchange with you, then delete them — the retention period recommended by France’s data protection authority (CNIL) for this kind of contact. If you’d like your message deleted sooner, just ask.

Who has access to it

Your message is stored on this site’s own WordPress database, hosted by o2switch (France). Nobody else has access to it.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it’s inaccurate
  • Delete it
  • Restrict or object to how it’s processed
  • Receive a copy of it in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email info[at]chefprojetdigital[dot]fr. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top will change too. We won’t make changes that reduce your rights without clearly notifying you.
