What this site is
This site presents, documents, and links to the ThumbnailWP WordPress plugin. It’s informational — no purchase, checkout, or account creation happens here.
Purchasing a license
ThumbnailWP licenses are sold and managed entirely through RemotelyLicense, a separate service. When you click “Buy” or a plan’s “Choose” button, you leave this site and purchase directly through RemotelyLicense, under RemotelyLicense’s own terms of sale — not these terms. Refunds, billing, license activation, and site-count limits are all governed there, not here.
Acceptable use
You’re welcome to browse, read, and share this site’s content. You may not:
- Scrape, republish, or resell this site’s content as your own
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this site
- Use the Contact form to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or anything unlawful
Intellectual property
The text, design, and documentation on this site belong to Éric, unless otherwise noted. The ThumbnailWP name and logo may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.
No warranty on site content
This site’s guides and documentation are kept accurate to the best of our ability, but are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. For the plugin’s own functionality and support terms, see the license agreement you receive through RemotelyLicense.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This doesn’t limit any right you have under French consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the “Last updated” date at the top will change too.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
